Return Policy


We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return or exchange a product. If you need to return/exchange the product, please review the information below.

Terms & Conditions:
1.    You can return a product only if:
?    The product has been sold at a price higher than its MRP.
?    The product is within one month of/beyond the expiry date.
?    The product’s packaging is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery (i.e. manufacturing defect).
?    The wrong product was delivered to you.
2.    Product returns/exchange must be made within 7 Days from the date of delivery.
3.    In case of damaged good/s, inform or acknowledge us within 24 hours of receiving the product/s.
4.    Product(s) must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
5.    If any purchase also has a gift(s) or sample(s) with it, return/exchange of the product will be accepted only along with the gift(s) or sample(s) received with it.
6.    Product(s) packaging, stickers, or labels must be intact.
7.    All returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
8.    Shipping costs will not be refunded.
9.    Due to some situations, you might expect a delay in the refund. Our refunds can take upto 7 working days based on your bank method and procedures.

Mode Of Refund
For payments made via debit or credit card, the payment will be refunded to the same debit or credit card. 
For cash on delivery payments – Kindly contact us on the email id: and provide us your complete bank details to initiate refund. We will then initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount, within 24-48 business hours of receiving the products back. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused.  If you need to exchange the product, please review the information below.

Terms & Conditions
1.    We accept exchange on items purchased on only up to 7 days from the date of original purchase.
2.    In case of damaged good/s, inform or acknowledge us within 24 hours of receiving the product/s.
3.    Each item can only be exchanged once.
4.    Please enclose the product you wish to exchange along with your receipt.  On the Receipt, kindly write instructions on what item(s) you would want as replacement.
5.    If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.
6.    You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be Refunded.
7.    Ship your exchange to us via a prepaid package to the below address:

Cancellation before shipment:

If the order or product(s) you want to cancel have not yet been shipped, you can easily
cancel your order on the website in the My Orders section. If you are unable to do this,
Kindly reach out to us on or contact us on 022-20890000.
In such cases, your order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to your
original mode of payment after the cancellation request has been processed. 

Cancellation post shipment:
We do not accept post-dispatch cancellations of orders. 

Failure to deliver:
In case there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address provided by you and you are not reachable, the order will be taken back, and the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment.
